How do I place an order?
- New Customers: Add items to your cart, proceed to checkout, and create an account using a valid email address.
- Returning Customers: Log in using the same email used in your previous purchase.
Please ensure your email address is accurate. All order updates, confirmations, and tracking details will be sent there.
What payment methods do you accept?
- Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard
- E-Wallets: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, ShopeePay
Please note: Some payment channels may add small convenience fees. These are charged by the provider and are non-refundable.
I didn’t receive a confirmation email. What should I do?
- Check your Spam, Junk, and Promotions folders.
- Confirm with your bank/e-wallet if the payment was successfully processed.
- If payment went through and still no confirmation, email sales@bwrd.com.ph with the following: Full name, Email used at checkout, Screenshot of payment, Date & time of transaction
Can I cancel or change my order after payment? No.
Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once payment has been confirmed. Please ensure all details—items, quantity, and delivery address—are final before checking out.
Is international shipping available?
We are shipping within the Philippines only. Shipping fees will be calculated and added upon checkout.
When will I receive my order?
Since this is a pre-order, production begins after the selling period. Processing & Shipping Time: 90–120 working days (excluding weekends & holidays). Should orders be ready earlier than expected, an advisory will be issued.
ORDER FULFILLMENT:
1. For Multiple-Item Orders (2–5 items):
• Split-shipping is NOT allowed.
• Your order will be shipped only when ALL items are fully completed and ready for dispatch.
2. For Single-Item Orders (1 item):
• Your order will be shipped as soon as the item becomes available.
Can I track my order? Yes! Once your order has been shipped:
- A tracking number will be sent to the email provided at checkout.
- The courier or delivery rider may also contact you via the mobile number you provided.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Due to the limited and exclusive nature of this merch drop, all sales are final. Returns, exchanges, and refunds will not be granted for change of mind or for incorrect details submitted by the customer at checkout. Please review all merch specifications and FAQs carefully before purchasing.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your item is damaged or incorrect upon arrival:
- Please ensure you have a clear unboxing video that starts before the package is opened.

Our team will review your case and provide an appropriate resolution. Requests submitted without a complete unboxing video are not eligible for replacement.
